♦ His Excellency the Governor will visit Dunedin on Wednesday, July 25, for the purpose of laying the foundation atone of the new wing at the Hospital. [ Mr Ralph Beetham (Maeterton), Mr C. D. Symone (Wellington), and Messrs H. Leigh and Charles Vane (London) were among the arrivals in Christchurch this morning. The Hon H. Feldwick arrived from Wellington by the e.s. Rotomahana this morning. The Rev C. W. Carrington arrived from Wellington this morning by t!he b.s. Moeraki. < Mr G. # Maling returned from Sydney by the Moenaki to-day. The following passengers have been booked for Wellington by the s.s. Rotomahana, leaving this evening: — Ossee Beighton, Edwardß, Payne, Dej laney, Adameon and Waterhouse, Mesi dames Bartholomew, Derbidge. Stark, Cook, Toswill, O'Callaghan, Murfutt, Steele, Clark and Woodbury, M€<ssra Buckley, Wood, Borthmck, Bariholom«w> Clark, Woodbury, Johnson, Wiggins, Amos, Barley, Hay, Cahill, Rodney, Holmes, Brown, Cutts, Wynne, Allen and Hendry, and Captain Bone.
