i UNEASINESS IN FRANCE. United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph— Copyright (Received July 25, 8.35 a.m.) PARIS,. July 24. A very uneasy feeling prevails in France respecting the meeting of the Czar and the Kaiser. (The Czar, accompanied by the Grand Duke Michael Alexandroviteh, left Peterhof on Sunday to meet the Kaiser, at Borgo, on the Gulf of Finland. Extraordinary secrecy is observed with regard to the meeting. It is believed that the Kaiser desired the interview, wishing to personally convince the Czar of the sincerity of the German policy towards Russia, and minimise the effusive welcome given to the Japanese Prince and Princess Arisugawa in Germany, and German capitalists 1 extensive participation in the Japanese loan. It is officially stated in St Petersburg that the meeting is not a blow at the Franco-Russian alliance.)
