The "Times" St Petersburg correspondent reports that trustworthy, information shows that Admiral Diebogatoff's sailors mutinied and threw the admiral and many officers overboard. Another account says that they bound them in their cabins, and hoisted the white flag. Many in St Petersburg expect something similar when the Manehurian armies hear 1 of the naval disaster. The Russian Bourse was firm on Thursday, believing that the Czar must make peace. The Czar's decision was then unknown. One hundred and thirteen Japanese officers and men were killed at the battle of Tsushima and 424 were wounded. The Mikassa had 63 casualties, the -Adzuma's were 39, the Shikishima's $7, the Asahi's 31, Fugi's 28, the Nisghin's 27, the Otowa's, Idzuma's and Kasuga's 26, the Tsushima's 19, the Jftnewa's 17, the Asama's and Tokiwa's 15, the Yakumo's 11, the Chitose's 6, the Kasagi's 9, the Adzumi's 10, the Hashidate's 5, the Nintaka's 4. The casualties on the destroyers, and torpedo-boate were 87. Commander Togo, of the Adzuma, was wounded. General Mistchenko's raiders report that General Nogi's semi-circular position, north of FaKumen, is very formidable.
