THIRTY-TWO JAPANESE AND CHINESE DROWNED.

(Received May 16, 8.46 a.m.) LONDON, May 15. Thirty-two Japanese and Chinese were drowned in the Sobraleuse. (The British steamer Sobraleuse struck a mine -off Port Arthur, and sank immediately. All the Europeans were rescued by a boat from Port Arthur. Several of the coloured crew and passengers were drowned.)
