As the city single seats a_*e in force, Messrs Millar and Arnold, who have been twice elected to represent Dunedin on the same ticket, have decided to give a final account of their stewardship for the oity as a --whole off the same platform. They will speak at the Princess Theatre one evening towards the end of the month, after the Premier has replied to Mr Massey.
