SECOND DAY. [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, February 24. The weather is glorious for thß second clay's racing of the Duhedin Jockey Club's Autumn Meeting, and the course is in good order. The following are the results up to the lime of going to press: — HENDON HURDLE RACE, of 65 soys; one mile and three-quarters — Wonderful, lOst 91b (T. Shaw), 1; Force, 9st, 2; Zealous, list 31b, 3. Zealous, when leading, fell at the second to last fence, and Wonderful won easily. Time— 3min 29 2-asec. Dividend— £3. HENLEY HACK HANDICAP, of 50 soys; five furlong— Melinda, 7st 13lb (M'Cluskey), 1; Metford, Bsb 131 b, 2; Barbette, 7st lllb, 3. All jstarted. Meiinda almost immediately look command, and, leading the whole way, won by two lengths, with. Boxbette half a length away third. Time — lmin a 3-ss«c. Dividends— £s 2a and £2 16s. CITY STAKES HANDICAP, of 100 soys; five furlongs — G-lenowlet, Bst 13lb (Heriott), 1; Apollodoris,' 7sb slb, 2; HilariSy, Sst 21b, 3. Alexis Bst 9lb was scratched. "Won comfortably by three-pans of a length, the third horse a dozen lengths off. Time — lmin 8 3-5 eeo. Dividends — £1 16s and £5.
