Herr Posadorosky justified the Government's policy in the agrarian interest, and said it would foster prosperity and encourage the rural popula- j tion to hold fast to the soil. It was supplementary to the social policy on behalf of the urban workers, which was intended to restore the confidence they had unfortunately lost in civil society, and the good result of the political and economic struggle. Count von Bulow warmly complimented Herr Posadorosky, who was warmly applauded for his speech.
