ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
[Pjsx Press Association.! WESTPORT, November 10. Horace Rastrick, aged seventeen, -went out ridinsj yesterday afternoon, along the Main Buller Road. His horrs was found riderless and wet. The boy's dead body •was found at one o'clock this morning in a deep hole at the Orowaiti overflow. The young man had apparently been giving his horse a drink, and both had slipped into the water, and the youth was drowned. A, man named' Hunt was drowned' in: the Kairamea River yesterday by ibis canoe striking a bridge and capsizing.
