' In the Legislative Assembly, Mr Griffiths submitted a motion declaring that the remarks of the Chief Justice some time ago on the Arbitration Bill were unwarranted and unjustifiable. The Attorney-Gkneral declared that the Chief Justice only explained the specific points raised by the decision of the Court. The motion lapsed.
