There is no trace of the Tumberumba gold, and the mystery surrounding the robbery is unsolved. I The constable carried the keys in a pocket in the inside of his vest. When they were wanted they were missing. (Some days ago £600 worth of gold waa stolen from the safe aVthe police station at Tumberumba, the gold disappeared most .' mysteriously , and to-day's cable message shows that the mystery is still unsolved.)
