[Per Press Association.] WANGANUI, June 8. At the LicensiDg Committee meeting the chairmam said) that a. practice had grown up of granting conditional licenses to licensees non-resident in this district. He wished to make it public that no Budh conditional license for any purposes Tvill be granted in. future, except to licensees living within the Wanganui district.
