A meeting of the House Committee of the Chrisfcchiirch Cycling aaid Motor Club was held in the Club House last evening, Mr E. Lawson. in the chair. Arrangements were made for the club's annual ball, which < "will be held at the Art Gallery, .da Tours- . day, June 30. It is ; reported that Barrow, last year's winner of ■ the Timaru-Ohristch-urch Race, will be un- : able to compete in this year's event on account of ill-health.
