He was bop on December 19, 1864, and was married in 189* to Victoria Alex* andrina, younger daughter of the Marquis of Duflterin and Ava. He was Honorary 'Attache to the Embassy at Borne, 1889-92$ Constantinople, 1892 } retired 1894.)
