A fire at Limehouse Basin, West India Docks, destroyed £50,000 worth of walnut, teak and mahogany timber. [Per Press Association.] FEILDING, September 3. The schoolroom adjoining- the Wesleyan Church waa totally destroyed by fire last night. The church was damaged, -but was saved by the Brigade after one hour's work. The church furniture and school library were also saved. \The cause of the fire is unknown. > The bunding was locked up when the fire was discovered. The insurance is £450 in the New Zealand Insurance Company. When this fine was under control a fresh alarm was given. It proved to be a cniraney in the town, and was soon extinguished.
