(Received- September 3, 7.64 a.m. CONSTANnNOPDE, September 9. Five arrests have been made in connection with the attempt on life of Mr Magelssen, the American Consul. Fighting at Smiloyo has been renewed, and 200 Bulgarians were killed on Sunday and 460 on Monday. The bodies of 180 men and 200 women were found in 'the ruins of Armensi, in the Debra district, massacred by the Turkish I troops. ( i, •..-.
