HEAVY SEA AT TIMARU.

At 9.30 this morning 300 ft of the new eastern mole was carried away bodily, togetib.e'r with two winches ; a;nd all t>h© pile-dPiving appliances are now floating outside ttfie harbour. When, the sea alba&es an attempt will probably be made to get the pile-ariving appliances ashore with, the tug. The damage is estimated at £1000.
