Mr Carcw, S.M., in a case wherein Mrs Camei'on oUumsd a commission on the sale of a house, gave judgment in her favour, holding that as sue had found a custpinier and sent the buyer to view the premises, she ivas entitled to the usual commission, although the buyer had subsequently gone to another agent and bought the property through him. James Warnock, for selling milk from unregistered promises, and having unsanitary yards, etc., was convicted' and fined on six charges, £30 in all, with costs £9 14s.
