Ifc is reported that the Sultan has decided to invade Bulgaria if the Salonika outrages are repeated. It is reported here, also, thafc M. Zinovieff, the Russian Ambassador, warned the Sultan thafc, in the event of a conflict, neither party need hope to secure any ultimate benefit.
