Pickering, the rider, and tho ihorse Hydrant. Tlhe report was adopted. The disquailifiaaitioin of oerfcain competitors .at the Springston sports meeting ■was removed, .at the request cf x'he club. Tlhe disqualification of J. Close and the horse Kulnina, by the EJaikoura Hack Racing Club, -was endorsed. An iappea.l by E.
