LONDON, April 8.
Si^ William M'Millan,. of Sydney, in an address -which he gave to the Australian Chamber off Commerce, stated that Australia borrowed too quickly and ppasmodically but he believed I fiat if the railways were offered to the British investor they would probably get the whole of .the Australian debt subscribed.
