Heath and Co., Ltd., made 9^ (Stillwell 43, Chidgey 23 and Jackson 14) ; Black, Beattie and ' Co., 23 (W. Fraer 10). P. T). Jackson bowled best ion the winners, taking five wickets in one over, besides doing the hat trick ; and for the losers, Rogers did most service with the ball. The ladies of Black, -Boat tie and Co. provided afternoon tea.
