At the Supreme Court to-day, Josepih Taylor, «f the Paponga coal mine, was found not guilty on two counts of the misappropriation of funds, by the direction of the Judge, on the point raised by counsel for the defence that the accused was not manager of the company within the meanIng of Section 235 of the Criminal Code. Ite third count is proceeding.'
