The fund started in London to aid th« South African loyalists has reached £5600. Mr Hoffmeyer and other members of ilia Afrikander Bond propose Sauth African instead of Afrikander as the titte of Ihfl Bond, and that the policy of the Bond should aim at the federation of South Africa on Canadian lines, and also that settlers should be eligible for membership.
