THE PREMIER'S RETURN.
RECEPTION IN WELLINGTON. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 29. The Tutanefcai, with the Premier and party on board, arrived off the Head's unexpectedly early, at 11.30 this morning. Mr Seddon was warmly welcomed by his colleagues and friends. The Tutanekai anchored in Worser Bay to await the official reception by the. citizens, at three o'clock. [From Our Correspondent.] The weather is glorious for this afternoon's reception to Mr Seddoa. The shipping is mating a brave display of bunting, the five big gteainOTS in port standing out prominently in this respect. Flags are also flying from various commercial establishments, the Harbour Board and Corporation offices, and the Government Departmental Buildings. The Tutanekai arrived at the Heads after a smart passage of twenty -four hours from Manukau. The Hona W. O, Walker, C. H. Mills, T. Duncan and W. Hall- Jones went dowa* to the Heads in the Janie Seddon to meet their chief, who will land at 3 p.m.
