ANNUAL TOKTURE.
STRANGE CASE OF AN OLD SOLDIER. General James M'Leer, a prominent New Yoik citizen, whose arm was shattered and his leg broken at the second battle of Bull Run, in August, 1862, suffers paiins akin to those of neuralgia on the ajnniversary of the. battle each year. He says that days passed before he received proper medical attention. When he closes his eyes he sees the whole seen© just as it happened, and ho thinks the mental picture aiid the memory of the Avound awaken the nerves and, cause the excruciating pain. Otherwise he is healthy, and he gradually overcomes the trouble by the exercise of his will gower.
