SYDNEY, Oct. 28.
The "Daily Telegraph," in a gloomy review of the harvest, says ifc is estimated by those best able to form aai opiniooii that NeAV South Wales will not. reap more than "half her normal crop. Taking the situation as a whole the Commonwealth will probably have to import two hundred tfliousand tons of breadstuffs to fill the Federal bread basket.
