At the Supreme Court, Peter Jones, for b.reaking and entering, was sentenced tot two years' imprisonment, and Harvey Johm Reynolds, for forging and uttering, to one year's imprisonment. The calendar, comprised eight cases of a miscellaneous nature, including rape, indecent assault, breaking and entering, theft and perjury. Three accused bad pleaded guilty in the Court below to charges of breaking ancF entering. I Maud Gynes, a youhgi woman, was admitted to probation for sax months, on medical evidence thait her physical condition explained her conduct. W. Kirk, for theft of tools of the value of £1, was sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment, and _*. Smith, an old offender, to two years' imprisonment.
