Parker, and occupied by a widow named Mrs Da-vis and her family. A strong smell of gas was noticed in the front rooms, and a man named James Turner struck a match and caused a great explosion, which smashed the , glass in the front windows and blew a buy window clean out, besides doing other considerable damage.
