SUPREME COURT. [Peb Press Association.] NELSON, June 20. At the Supreme Court to-day Mr Justice Edwards gave judgment for the plaintiff for the full amount claimed (£200) and costs and expenses in the action brought by Erncist Pridham, a clerk, to recover damages from Joseph Mallamo, a fisherman and part proprietor of a shooting gallery, for injuries sustained by being accidentally shot by the defendant owing to the latter's negligence in holding a rifle: The defence ■was contributory negligence in not stepping behind Mallaono after Pridham had fired 'his shot in a shooting contest.
