ANNUAL MEETING. The seventeenth annual meeting of shareholders in the New Brighton Tramway Company, Limited', was held in the rooms of the 'Canterbury Caledonian Society at 2 p.m. to-day, but the representatives oi the Press were not permitted to attend. The report submitted by the directors ■showed a credit to* profit and Ibss on the year's working, together with the amount brought forward from the previous year, of £712 11s 7d. The vacancy on the directorate caused -by the death of Mr.C. Cuff, one of the promoters of the company, had been filled by *he appointment of Mr A. W: 'Money.
