[Per Press Association.!. WELLINGTON, Feb. 26. Mr Ritchie, the Secretary for the Agricultural Department, Avho has just returned from the south, reports that the harvest in Otago and Canterbury will not' be so large as last, year's, owing to the unsettled weather experienced prior to 'November.
