SUPREME COURT.

Tuesday, Feb. 18. IN CHAMBERS. Hjg Honor Mr Justice Denniston held, a sittings in Chambers, at 10.30 o'clock this morning. Probate was granted' to Mr Harper in the estate of Gilbert May, deceased. Mp Cowlishaw applied for ; an' order granting leave to extend' the time for filing a renewal of chattel security. IN BANKRUPTCY. - His Honor granted his discharge to Philip Hoare, a bankrupt, for -whom Mr Russell appeared. Mr Russell also applied for the discharge of Joseph Grossman, a bankrupt. His Honor said that ihe did not see that the discharge could greatly benefit the bankrupt, because under the law he would remain liable for so many of tfoe debts since they had been contracted by fraud. His Honor would suspend the discharge until Sept. 12 next, three years from the original bankruptcy.
