BAIL I?ORTHCmnX<I.The- three nie'n charged Avith the casting away of the Ariadne -were again brought up at the Magistrate's Court this morning. (leorge 'Mumford, for whom Mr Beswick appeared, had a variety of charges read against him, amounting to that he had been concerned in the casting away of the Ariadne. Kerry and Kreke were also charged, and all three applied for bail. Mr Stringer raised no objection, but asked that heavy sureties should be demanded. Mumford was remanded until Thursday next, and bail allowed, himself in £400 and two sureties of £200 each.
