« THE ARBITRATION COURT. [I'er Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 25. Mr Slater's term as the representative of labour bodies on the Arbitration Court will shortly expire. The Wellington Trades Council has decided to support the candidature of Mr A. H. Cooper, the president of the Bootmakers' Union and secretary to the Council, for the vacancy. [From Our Correspondent.! WELLINGTON, Oct. 25. Mr A. H. Cooper/ who will oppose MrR Slater as the representative of J^abour or the Arbitration Court,- is president of th< Wellington branch of ihe Federated Boot makers' Union, /and his candidature lisa been endorsed by the Wellington Trade: and Labour Council.
