— — ♦ [Per Pbe?s Association*] WELLINGTON. Oct. 25. Thi Appeal Court is engaged to-day on the case of Duff v. Kyle. 'The point involved is the interpretation of a contract to supply milk— whether it is for a ;ear / only or determinable at will or whether a reasonable not'.ce is required. The appellant sued the respondent in die Magistrate's Court for damages for ceasing to supply, and the Magistrate' gave judgment for the respondent. The appeal was taken before the Chief Justice, and Mr Justice Edwards,- but 'thsy could not agree, and to-day arranged that the case should be argued befoi-e the full Bench. Mr Skerrett is appearing for the appellant, and Mr Dalxiell for the respondent*
