A bulletin at three o'clock yesterday morning says thafc the President's conditionis very serious, and that there are the gravest apprehensions. The patitnt does not respond to stimulation, but is conscious. Particulars show that an alarming change for the worse occurred' at two o'clock, following on failure of the digestive organs. There was a slight rally about fonr o'clock. The Cabinet and the President's friends have been summoned. Mr James Wilson, Secretary of Agriculture, declared that ab six o'clock President M'Kinley was still fighting for his life, and had a chance.
