' , (Received Sept. 13, 9.32 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept/ 13.= The electric tram system was dislocated, owing to a sudden increase of pressure at) the Ultimo Power-house. There was a sudden crashing noise, a blinding flash of light, and the switch-board was destroyed. Flames spread to the roof, but the fire was oguiekiy -.extinguished. All trams witJßa, a radius of seven miles are stopped. Stetfra motors will be utilised to-day until repair* can be executed.
