Justice Williams delivered! judgment today in a preliminary point in t!he case of the Assets Company v. tho King, a petition for the refund of £1500 paid in error by way of license fee. Hia Honor held tlhat facts stated 1 do disclose a cause of ac- j tion cognisable under the Crowni Suits Act, and) that itihe claim is not barred either by J the Statute of Limitation or by Section 39 of the Crown, Suits Act.
