Recently it has bsen quite the thing for well- to-do children to go about without any stockings, bub m": rely little sheas. Only the other day (writes a correspondent) I saw two healthy little fellows, each about four years of age, strutting along wearing sandals. Their movements were- quite as free and easy as those of children with -boots and ihoes, and they seemed delighted with their sandals.
