A POPULAR PRIMITIVE SLIPPER. Is the ancient sandal again going to be worn? asks the "Daily Express." Lately there lias been a reaction in favour of the primitive slipper, promoted mainly by certain medical men, who avow sandals for children allow the foot to attain a perfect shape. Their movements were- quite as free and easy as those of children with -boots and ihoes, and they seemed delighted with their sandals.
