In connection with the Russell bigamy case, Mr Justice Curlew, who married lie Ear| to his mistress, Mrs Soinervillsj in Nevada, in April last, has deposed that the divorce which was obtained by the Earl on the morning he married, was 'hwalidi, owing to . insufficient notice having' been, given. A later message states that Mrs Somerville's divorce decree against EarJ Russell has been made absolute.
