&*" ~+ [Per Pkess Asson\TioN T ] KELSON, April 12. Mv Henry Phipps, an old resident of ihe Alotueka district, fell dead in the street yesterday. [From Our Correspondent.] DUNEDIN, April 12. Two old identities have passed away during the past forty-eight hours : Mr F. G. Wayne, of Milton, who was lay reader at Snag Point in the sixties when 'the only Anglican Churches in Ota go were there and j at Dunedin and who represented Hampden in the House of Representatives from 1863 to 1886; and Mrs J. T. Wright, of Bishopscourt, Dunedin. i
