ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES

INQUEST

Yesterday an inquest was held at the Hospital, before Mr R. Beetham, coroner, on the body cf a man named John M'Mahon, who had died in the institution on the previous day. The jury returned a verdict in accordance with the medical evidence, that the deceased had died from cerebral hemorrhage, brought on by alcoholism. He had been bsfore the Court en charges of drunkenness. At ene time he kept a hairdresser's shop in Manchester Street south. As far as is known, he had no relatives in the colony.
