ORDER OF THE PROCESSION. United Press Association—By Eleotrie Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, Jan. 31. An Army order directs the following order of procession: —Officers of the Headquarters Staff, bands of the Horse Guards and Second Life Guards playing Beethoven's and Chopin's Funeral Marches, detachments of Volunteers, Yeomanry and colonial corps, twenty-five officers and a hundred men from Shomcliffe, Militia, Honourable Artillery Company, Departmental Corps, twenty-five officers representing the Indiaru Army, six hundred Inifamfcry, four hundred Foot Guards, Engineers^ Garrison, Artillery, battery of Field ArtiiUery, Horse Artillery, three squadrons of Cavalry, Lime Detachment, Household Cavalry, five hundred marines, BluejacketSi Headquarters Staff, Foreign MUitairy Attaches, and the bands of the Marine Guards, Engineers and Artillery. (Received Feb. 1, 8.46 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 31. Earl Roberts controls everything in connection witih the funeral procession, Lieu-tenant-General Pole-Cairew being responsible for the military arrangements. All the clubs are lavishly decorated with various shades of purple draping, and householders along the route are helping their utmost to increase the magnificence of the spectacle. The representatives of the Kings of Portugal, Greece and Belgium have arrived in London. The funeral procession from Osborne House to Cowes will be less elaborate. The late Queen's pipers will play in front of the gam carriage, which will be escorted by the Grenadier Guards and the' King, the Kaiser, the; Princes of Royal blood and Queen Alexandra and the Princesses will follow. The only other mourners present will be Countess Lytton, Lady b>f the Bedchamber, the Hon Harriet L. Phipps, Woman of the Bedchamber, Major-General Sir John C. M'Neil, Equerry-in-Ordonary, Admiral Culme Seymour, first principal aide-de-camp to the late Queen, and four other naival aides-de-camp. The party will accompany tihe coffin on board the yacht Alberta to Portsmouth. The King and Queen, together with the Kaiser and the Royal family, will then proceed 'on board the royal yacht Victoria and Albert.
