\♦ ■ ■ [Per Pbess Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 1. The Appeal Court .gave judgment to-day in the case Brown v. Brown, an action to set aside certain transactions between motier and son, removed from the Supreme Court, Christchurch. Judgment was given lor the plaintiff against the defendant, Sam Browi*, setting aside the transactions, . and judgment was given for the other defendants without costs.
