JAN OVERDUE VESSEL.

THREE WEEK'S OUT FROM PORT

OBALMEiBS. [Per Press Association.]

GISBOR2s T E, Jan. 10,

The barque Grace Harwar is just three weeks out to-day from Otago Heads to Gisborne, and 1 there is some speculation in shipping circles as to the cause of her monanival, especially <as the weather has been favourable. In the first week of her voyage there were strong south-easterly -winds, which should have brought her here, and, if, as is suggested, the captain kept off land . owing to heavy seas, the subsequent north-easterly weather should have brought her in again. The other supposition is that a mistake was made in the receipt of orders at Otago Heads, andl llhat the vessel is making her course for another and more distant port. A full cargo of wool is awaiting the vessel's arrival.
