Josephine Mary . growers, '.a married woman, aged forty-three, residing at S.t Kilda, was taken to the hospHal on Sunday evening, suffering from the effects tof t over-drinking. She was so violent that she had to be, Strapped to her bed. . She remained^ in that position till last evening, when,' during the absence of the nurse, she managed to free herself, and making for the window of the top flat, flung herself on to tlie ground. She was picked up. dead.
