In a' case brought before the Chief Justice, to test the right of the Wellington College Governors to hold their present property, seeing that tihe College is not. now affiliated! to the- New Zeailand University, as it was at the time the deed of trust was executed, the Court made an order removing the case into the Court of Appeal. Lieutenant Dodds, of Dunedin, has been selected for a place in the New Zealand team for tie Federal Rifle Meeting. Lieutenant Jack, also of Dunedin, is likely to go..
