* There was a fair audience downstairs tat the Opera House on Saturday evening, -on the occasion of a. change of programme by the Dix Gaiety Company. In. t-he first part the iperforiners were all successful, and encores were accorded Miss Ida Clarkson and Messrs C. Irectale, Holland, Adson and Steele. In the second part the Delavalea were heartily applauded for their trick cycle riding. .Messrs Adson, Crayd'on and Holland took the place left vacant by Messrs M'Risson aucl Kearns,- with a fair degree of success. Mr J. 0. Bain was the fa-vourite of the. evening, with his comic numbers, "Ada'a (Serenade," "The Sunday School Teacher," " Me Too " and " At the Seaside." Tho performance concluded: -with a farce, . entitled "Ginger." Theprogramnie-wUl.be repeated this evening.
