A collection will be made in aid of the Contest Fund. - Entries for the Jubilee Contest, close,today (Oct. 27). I learn that many will enter for* the various instruments. The B flat cornet, especially, is sure to-be keenly competed for. Mr G. Jenner tells me that everything .connected with the contest is in good order, also that he anticipates a large number of bandsmen will visit Cfirlrtchureh.
