Ttiesdat, Feb. 27. His Honor Mr Justice Dennis ton sat in Chambers at 10.30 a.m. to-day. R« William M'Lennan (deceased). M'Lennan and others v. Public Trustee. — Mr Bruges appeared in this case, in which the originating summons of Feb. 6 was ordered to s!>r : d over. On the application of Mr Boss, probate was granted of the will of Joseph Orozier (deceased). Scampton v. Moreton. — Mr M'Connell applied he-rein for the discharge of the present trustee, and his Honor made the order as prayed. -••■... . . Quill v. Quil!.— On the application of Mr Stringer, the Registrar's report was confirmed.
